Welcome to The Virtual Workforce, a staffing and recruitment agency based in the Philippines where we help agency owners like yourself scale your business.
Over the past 7 years, I’ve helped a number of US, CA and AU-based clients from different industries - real estate, IT coaching, sales coaching, e-commerce, big or small. I did simple entry level tasks up to the high level, executive and strategic type of deliverables. They’re all fun! No task is small, so to speak.
I’ve noticed 2 problems though: Not every Filipino VA understands the value of his/her work and a lot of agencies are exploiting these hardworking individuals for a very little salary, and Not all clients are aware of this.
My passion to create more job opportunities for my fellow Filipino VAs that will allow them to take home a decent pay, build efficient systems and repeatable processes and provide a personalized service, making the client's best interest a priority - prompted me to start my journey with The VA Workforce.
